Pertains to After-Hours Events only. If interested in Barista Services, choose between our two service options: the Standard Barista Service, which includes a selection of coffee and espresso beverages, or the Premium Barista Service, which features our seasonal signature drink menu and hand-poured coffees. Choose also between a hosted bar, where you open a tab to cover your guests' drinks (requires leaving a card on file), or a cash bar, where guests purchase their own drinks.

Interested in Alcohol? *

At this time, Coalescence does not have a license to sell alcohol. However, if interested in having alcohol for your event, you can acquire a (1-day) Banquet License from VAABC and provide us with a copy of it. This permits alcohol to be had on the premises. Note: The VAABC charges $40 for a Banquet License and can take up to 2 weeks to process. Get a Virginia ABC Banquet License: https://www.abc.virginia.gov/licenses/get-a-license/banquet-licenses If you would like cocktails, please note that we do not allow outside bartenders but can provide them for a flat rate fee of $25/hr/bartender. The number of bartenders required will depend upon the size of the party
